Betting and Game Rules

These rules set out how bets, spins and rounds work at Lucky Admiral Casino: how a result is settled, what happens when a game is interrupted, and how bonus funds behave in play. They apply alongside our terms and conditions and the help file inside each game.

General Rules That Apply to All Play

These betting and game rules form part of your agreement with us. Where a game's own rules or paytable are more detailed, those in-game rules govern that game and these rules cover everything else.

  1. One account per player. You may hold one account with us, in your own name and used only by you. Duplicate accounts may be closed and the play on them settled at our discretion.
  2. 18+ only. Only people aged 18 or over may register or play. We hold a gaming licence and verify accounts, so we may ask you for identity documents at any time.
  3. Real money and bonus balance. Unless a game or offer says otherwise, stakes come from your real-money balance first, and bonus funds are used once that balance reaches zero.
  4. A bet is final once placed. When you confirm a stake the round begins, and the bet cannot be changed, cancelled or taken back, including where you meant to stake a different amount.
  5. Stakes and limits. Minimum and maximum stakes are shown in each game and in the cashier. Collusion, automated play and any attempt to exploit a fault may lead to voided bets and account closure.

Staying in control

You can set deposit and session limits, take a time-out or self-exclude from your account at any time, and the limits shown in your account take effect as stated there. Free, confidential help is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline, and GamStop covers self-exclusion across licensed British sites.

How Bets and Spins Are Settled

Games run on a game server rather than on your device. Your browser or app shows you the round, but the outcome is produced and recorded by the server.

  • The result recorded by the game server is final and is used to settle your bet, even if your screen showed something else because of a display fault, a slow connection or a cached page.
  • Each game's paytable and help screen set out the winning combinations, the features and how wins are worked out. Please look over them before you stake.
  • The return-to-player figure for each game is shown in that game's information screen. It is a long-term theoretical average over very many rounds and says nothing about a single session.
  • Wins are credited when the round completes. Features such as free spins settle only once the whole feature has finished.
  • Outcomes in slots and other random games come from a random number generator tested by an approved testing house.

Your account history and the in-game history show each settled round with its stake, result and time. Those records are what we work from if a question arises.

Malfunctions and Interrupted Games

A malfunction means any fault, error or interruption in a game, its software, the game server or the way a round is displayed or settled.

  • A malfunction voids all pays and play. Any stake, win and result from an affected round is void, and stakes are returned to the balance they were taken from.
  • An obvious display, paytable or pricing error does not create a valid bet. We settle on the correct rules of the game and void the incorrect amount.
  • Nothing in this section allows us to withhold winnings from a round that completed and settled correctly.

If you are disconnected

  1. Reconnect and open the same game. An unfinished round is held on the server and either resumes where it stopped or settles automatically.
  2. Where a round cannot resume, it is settled on the result the server has recorded, or the stake is returned if no result was reached.
  3. Losing your connection does not change a result the server had already recorded.

Playing With Bonus Funds

Bonus funds, free spins and similar rewards are offered under their own bonus terms, which you accept when you claim them. Those terms sit alongside these rules.

  • Wagering requirements, qualifying stakes, expiry periods and any cap on winnings are set out in the terms of the offer and in the promotions area of your account.
  • A maximum bet applies. While you hold a bonus balance or unmet wagering, a maximum stake per round applies. Staking above it may void the bonus and anything won from it.
  • Game contributions differ. Games count towards wagering at different rates and some are excluded, as the offer terms set out.
  • Play aimed at clearing wagering rather than playing the game, such as low-risk or opposite betting on table games, may void the bonus.
  • A round staked from bonus funds settles under the same game rules as any other round. Only the balance it comes from and how it may be withdrawn are different.

Live Casino and Table Games

Live tables are hosted by a dealer and streamed in real time, so the pace of the table decides when a round is open for bets.

  • Betting time is limited. Each round has a betting window shown on the table. A bet confirmed after it closes is not accepted, and a late bet taken in error is voided and the stake returned.
  • Dealer decisions apply. Calls made at the table about deals, misdeals, no more bets, void rounds and re-spins are final for that round.
  • Where a card is dealt in error, a wheel result is unclear or equipment fails, the round may be void and stakes returned under the rules of that table.
  • Each table carries its own rules and payouts in its help screen, covering matters such as blackjack dealing and insurance, roulette call bets, and baccarat commission and side bets.
  • Leaving a table mid-round does not cancel bets already accepted. The round plays out and settles to your account.

Questions and Disputes About a Round

If you think a round has settled wrongly, raise it with us promptly so the game logs can be matched to what you saw.

  1. Write to support@casinoluckyadmiral.co.uk or use the live chat on the site.
  2. Give us the game name, the date and time of the round, and the round or game identifier from your history.
  3. Tell us what the game showed and what you expected, and attach a screenshot if you have one.
  4. We check your account history against the server records and explain what we find.
  5. Where a round was settled incorrectly, we correct your balance.

If our answer does not resolve matters, our complaints procedure explains the next step, including referral to the alternative dispute resolution service named there at no cost to you. Where we change these rules, the version published on the site applies to rounds played after the change.
