What happens to your free spin winnings before you can cash out
Winnings from free spins are credited to your bonus balance, not straight to your cash balance. To turn that bonus balance into real funds you clear 10x the total bonus awarded. Bonus funds themselves can never be withdrawn; they convert once the wagering is met.

A worked example on a 50 free spins prize
Say a Mega Reel prize gives you 50 free spins and they return £20. That £20 goes to your bonus balance, so 10x means £200 of bonus wagers to clear. At 20p a spin that is a thousand spins on a slot that contributes 100%; at £1 a spin it is two hundred. Once the £200 is wagered, the remaining bonus balance converts to cash, subject to your conversion cap.
Cashing out mid-wagering clears the bonus balance
