The terms that decide what you can cash out
Once an offer is on your account, the rules that matter are the wagering requirement, which games count, and the conversion caps. Our welcome package carries 35× wagering on the bonus amount, a £5 maximum bet per spin and 21 days to use it. Free spins won from our reel promotions carry 10× wagering on the bonus awarded, so a £20 bonus win needs £200 of bonus wagers before it converts.
One point catches people out: only bonus wagers count towards a wagering requirement. Real money wagers do not contribute. Winnings from free spins go into your bonus balance first, and that balance becomes real, withdrawable money only when the wagering is met.

Withdrawing early sets the bonus balance to £0.00
